New Year's resolution

 

New Year’s Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It’s a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.

For 2011, my New Year’s resolutions are:
1. Improve health: lose weight, exercise more, eat better
2. Take a trip
3. Spend More Time with Family & Friends
4. Enjoy Life More
5. Get Out of Debt

As for my husband, he promise me to quit smoking. He wants to take opiate detox. We heard opiate detox can be accomplished with a minimum amount of discomfort. Doctors are using the latest, state of the art, techniques and medications, and patients are closely and carefully monitored to insure a safe and very comfortable opiate detoxification.
